Will this program make me a Licensed Art Therapist?

Great question! This program does not make you eligible to become a licensed Art Therapist. By the end of this course, you will become a Certified Art Practitioner (CAP). Although Therapeutic Art and Art Therapy may seem similar, there is a difference. We use art to encourage freedom of expression. We do not use art to medically diagnose individuals or treat mental illnesses. Our sole purpose is to establish a non-threatening environment to help others reconnect with the inner spirit. We focus on the holistic process of art and offer a voice to those who feel misunderstood or overlooked. As a Certified Art Practitioner, you'll have the opportunity to do what you love, increase credibility and make money!
